I started Pragma Solutions to help small trades firms get their evenings back.
Good trades people lose hours every week to admin.
Before Pragma I worked in oil and gas and then in public sector facilities management. Years around contractors, site rules, permits, health and safety plus all the paperwork that comes with it.
I saw the same problem everywhere. Big firms can afford systems to deal with it. Small firms usually can't, or get sold something too complicated to use.
So I build the simple version. Tools that fit how your business already works. Priced for a small firm. Backed by someone local you can actually contact.
How I work
Local
Based in Norfolk and working with firms across the UK.
Planned
Training in project management to an APM (Association for Project Management) standard, so jobs run to a plan, a budget and a date.
Honest
I'll tell you if something isn't worth doing, even if it means less work for me.
